More times call for flexibility and broad perspectives to draw appropriate conclusions. To be flexible we need to be able to wear different hats to accomplish what needs to be done. Wearing different hats sometimes steps on the territory of others. I long for the day we we are all just working together on the same problem, regardless of our background, title, and area of focus.
